Junior Lieutenant Louis Hoshi, serial number 871076, was the communications and tactical officer aboard Pegasus from the attack on the Colonies until the ship's demise. Currently he serves as a watch officer above Galactica, where he assumes the roles of communications officer and/or tactical officer as needed.

Hoshi has brown hair, brown eyes, a sweet smile, and a determined sense of optimism despite everything that's happened. He is dependable, personable, and loyal, with a lively sense of humor and a deep devotion to anything or anyone upon whom he bestows his affection, whether it be in terms of friendship or something more.

Unfortunately, all of these characteristics are likely to be tested to the breaking point.
